Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of enterovirus 71 vaccine (vero cell), inactivated in HIV-associated central nervous system involvement (HAND) (3 cohorts), sponsored by Sinovac Biotech Ltd. Primary endpoints: The efficacy of two doses EV71 vaccine in the 6-35 months old subjects at 1 year and The seroprotective titers of the EV71 neutralizing antibody in the 6-35 months old subjects at 1 year.
