Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of aldafermin in Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) (4 arms), sponsored by NGM Biopharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Liver Fibrosis Response at 24 weeks and Treatment-emergent Adverse Events at 24 weeks. Started May 2019; status: completed.
