Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of immunomodulatory dendritic cell vaccine in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and glioblastoma (GBM), sponsored by Shenzhen Geno-Immune Medical Institute. Primary endpoints: Safety assessed by NCI CTCAE V4.0 criteria at 2 years and Overall survival at 12 months. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
