AVOID-AF: Spironolactone for Prevention of New AF

Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of spironolactone in Atrial fibrillation (AFib) (2 arms), sponsored by Piedmont Healthcare. Primary endpoints: Long-Term incidence of new-onset AF after CTI ablation at 24 months and Rates of new-onset AF between standard therapy and spironolactone at 24 months.
