Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of MD-7246 in Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) (4 arms), sponsored by Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Abdominal Pain at Its Worst on a NRS Through the Treatment Period at 12 weeks and Percentage of Participants Who Were 6/12 Week Abdominal Pain 30% Change Responders.
