Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of isotretinoin oral adhesive film in oral leukoplakia and erythroplakia (4 arms), sponsored by Skyline Biosciences. Primary endpoints: Percentages of patients with overall response at 13 weeks and Percentages of patients reporting any treatment-emergent adverse event at 13 weeks. Planned start Jan 2022; status: withdrawn.
