Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of T-cell receptor alpha/beta and CD19 depleted hematopoietic stem cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and 2 more. Primary endpoint: Incidence of Grade III-IV GVHD, Grade II GVHD requiring systemic treatment or new onset, severe neutropenia requiring growth factor support at 6 months. Planned start Dec 2024; status: withdrawn.
