Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) comparing Baricitinib 2 mg with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with reduced skin inflammation associated with Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity (DTH) versus irritant skin reactions by erythema measurement at Day 28, Number of participants with reduced skin inflammation associated with Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity (DTH) versus irritant skin reactions by measurement of reaction size at Day 28 and 1 more.
