Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of brimonidine, dorzolamide + timolol, Azorga, travoprost + timolol, bimatoprost + timolol and 1 more in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) (2 arms), sponsored by Afyon Kocatepe University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Macular choroidal thickness measure at 6 months, Changes in multifocal electroretinography parameters at 6 months and 1 more. Started Jan 2014; status: completed.
