Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), diabetic nephropathy (DN) and minimal change disease (MCD) comparing GFB-887 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of AEs at 5.5 weeks, Incidence of clinically significant changes in laboratory parameters, 12 lead ECG parameters, vital signs measurements, spirometry, and physical examinations at 5.5 weeks and 6 more. Started May 2019; status: completed.
