Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluorouracil and folinic acid in locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) (3 arms), sponsored by The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University. Primary endpoint: Disease-free survival at 3 years. Planned start Aug 2019; status: not yet recruiting.
