Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of cyclophosphamide and mycophenolate mofetil in graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) (6 arms), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: aGVHD protection from a reduced duration of MMF, in combination with PTCy 25 mg/kg/day at 60 days and aGVHD protection from PTCy 25 mg/kg at 60 days.
