Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of 89Zr-atezolizumab in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (2 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Correlation between 89Zr-DFO-Atezolizumab and PD-L1 up to 5 years and Correlation between 89Zr-DFO-Atezolizumab and anti-PD1/PD-L1 therapy up to 5 years. Cohort 1
Patients with Localized RCC prior to nephrectomy.
Cohort 2
Patients with Unresectable/Metastatic RCC prior to treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor.

Who it enrols
Patients with suspected localized RCC planned for surgery or metastatic RCC planned for IO therapy, able to undergo PET/CT, excluding those with severe allergies to atezolizumab, pregnant women, and those with significant autoimmune disease requiring steroids.
