Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of nalbuphine in prurigo nodularis (PN) (8 arms), sponsored by Trevi Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Identification of appropriate low, intermediate, and high doses of nalbuphine solution at 24 hours and Oral abuse potential relative to hydromorphone and placebo at 24 hours.
