Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of NeoVax in ovarian cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients pre-screened who have enough neoantigens for generation of the vaccine, are not platinum refractory, and who initiate vaccination at 2 years, Overall incidence of treatment-emergent AEs, SAEs, AEs of at least Grade 3 severity, related AEs, and AEs leading to withdrawal of treatment at 2 years and 1 more.
