Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of n-acetylcysteine + l-carnitine tartrate + nicotinamide riboside + serine in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD) (2 arms), sponsored by Medipol Mega University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Mini Mental State Examination at 12 weeks, Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-cognitive subscale at 12 weeks and 2 more. Started Dec 2019; status: completed.
