Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of leuprolide, estradiol and progesterone in Perinatal depression (PPD) and postpartum depression (PPD) (2 arms), sponsored by University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Primary endpoints: Mean Threat Processing Bias During Visual Dot-probe Paradigm up to 6 weeks, Mean Right Amygdala-medial Prefrontal Cortex BOLD Connectivity During Implicit Emotion Face Processing Task up to 6 weeks and 10 more.
