Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of pembrolizumab in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (2 cohorts), sponsored by University of California, San Francisco. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with a >= 2-fold increase in the number of tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TIICs) at 2 years. Planned start May 2020; status: withdrawn.
