Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), obesity, hyperinsulinemia and 1 more comparing Vigabatrin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Fasted serum glucose and insulin at 3 weeks, Glucose Clearance at 3 weeks and 2 more. Planned start Apr 2030; status: withdrawn.
