Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by German Diabetes Center. Primary endpoints: Hepatic gluconeogenic flux (U-13C-lactate tracer) at 2 weeks and Hepatic gluconeogenic flux (glycerol tracer) at 2 weeks. Started Sep 2019; status: active, not recruiting.
