Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of hydroxychloroquine in retinitis pigmentosa (RP) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Michigan. Primary endpoints: Change in Ellipsoid zone area measured by Spectral-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography (SD-OCT) at 18 months and Change in Retinal sensitivity (decibels) measured by scotopic and mesopic microperimetry at 18 months.
