Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of red blood cells in sickle cell disease (SCD), sponsored by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Primary endpoints: Rate of Rh alloimmunization at 3.5 years and Feasibility of identifying sufficient RH genotype matched units at 3.5 years. Started Jan 2020; status: recruiting.
