PK and Food Effect of TNX-102 SL in Healthy Subjects

Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of Tonmya in fibromyalgia (FM) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (3 arms), sponsored by Tonix Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve (AUC) of TNX-102 SL 5.6 mg versus TNX-102 SL 2.8 mg under fasting conditions at Day 6, Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve (AUC) of TNX-102 SL 5.6 mg versus TNX-102 SL 5.6 mg under fed conditions at Day 6 and 2 more.
