Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of sacubitril + valsartan in heart failure (HF) (2 arms), sponsored by Cleveland Clinic. Primary endpoints: Incidence of drug discontinuation from drug-related adverse events at 3 months and Time-averaged proportional change in NT-proBNP concentration at 3 months.
