Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC), gastroesophageal junction carcinoma (GEJ) and esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) comparing Pembrolizumab+FP or FOLFOX Therapy+Radiotherapy with Placebo+FP or FOLFOX Therapy+Radiotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Event-free Survival at 60 months and Overall Survival at 72 months. Started Feb 2020; status: completed.
