Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of pembrolizumab in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (2 arms), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Rate of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) Negative - Complete Response (CR)/Complete Remission With Incomplete Recovery (CRi) at 78 days and Rate of MRD-negative CR at 33 days. Started Feb 2021; status: active, not recruiting.
