Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in ischemic stroke comparing Compound Edaravone with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Area under curve (AUC) of edaravone and 2-aminoethanesulfonic Acid at 7 Days and Cmax of edaravone and 2-aminoethanesulfonic Acid at 7 Days. Started Jun 2019; status: completed.
