Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of pembrolizumab in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), sponsored by National Cancer Centre Singapore. Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with HCC recurrence at 2 years and Number of CD8+ Ki67+ T cells found in resected tumour at 24 months. Started Dec 2019; status: active, not recruiting.
