Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of desflurane and propofol injection (veterinary) in emphysema (2 arms), sponsored by Columbia University. Primary endpoints: Time of discontinuation of anesthetic to eye opening up to 30 minutes, Time of discontinuation of anesthetic to tidal volume (TV) 300ml up to 30 minutes and 1 more.
