Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in GNE myopathy (HIBM) comparing ManNAc with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Muscle strength of ankle dorsiflexion, knee flexion, knee extension, shoulder abduction, elbow flexion and grip at 24 months. Started Apr 2022; status: active, not recruiting.
