Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of tranexamic acid in lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) and erythema dyschromicum perstans (EDP), sponsored by Henry Ford Health. Primary endpoints: Change in Pigmentation using Colorimetry at 270 days and Change in Pigmentation using Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy at 270 days. Started Mar 2020; status: recruiting.
