Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Alzheimer's disease (AD), mitochondrial encephalomyopathy lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes (MELAS) and Mitochondrial encephalomyopathy (ME) comparing IW-6463 Sequence with Placebo Sequence (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Cerebral Blood Flow at Day 15 and Number of Participants With Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events up to 42 days. Started Jan 2020; status: terminated.
