Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of DNAJB1-PRKACA peptide vaccine in fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FLHCC) and solid tumor (2 arms), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of participants experiencing study drug-related toxicities at 4 years, Fold change in interferon-producing DNAJB1-PRKACA-specific CD4 and CD8 T cells at 10 weeks and 1 more.
