Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of hydroxychloroquine in COVID-19 pneumonia (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Virological clearance rate of throat swabs, sputum, or lower respiratory tract secretions at Day 7 and Mortality rate of subjects at Week 2. Started Feb 2020; status: completed.
