Overview
Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and obesity comparing Semaglutide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in taste sensitivity at 12 weeks and Alteration of transcriptomic profile of human tongue tissue at 12 weeks. Started Nov 2019; status: completed.
