Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of tacrolimus + Wuzhi capsule in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) (2 arms), sponsored by Massachusetts General Hospital. Primary endpoint: CSF biomarkers of target engagement, AD pathology, and neurodegeneration at 12 weeks. Planned start Dec 2021; status: withdrawn.
