Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in Richter's syndrome (RS) comparing Tislelizumab + Zanubrutinib with Tislelizumab + Zanubrutinib + Sonrotoclax (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Overall Response Rate after induction therapy according to the refined Lugano Classification at 18 weeks. Started Feb 2020; status: recruiting.
