Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) comparing MT2004 Active Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration of MT2004 at 48 hours, Area Under the Plasma Concentration-Time Curve from Time Zero to the Last Quantifiable Concentration at 48 hours and 4 more.
