Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of asundexian in ischemic stroke (4 arms), sponsored by Bayer. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Composite of Symptomatic Ischemic Stroke or Covert Brain Infarcts Detected by Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at 26 weeks and Number of Participants With Composite of International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH) Major Bleeding and Clinically Relevant Non-major (CRNM) Bleeding at 52 weeks.
