Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in knee osteoarthritis (OA) comparing diacerein (Artrodar) with placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Cartilage volume measured by MRI at Day 672, Bone marrow lesions measured by MRI at Day 672 and 2 more. Started Nov 2020; status: active, not recruiting.
