Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) comparing Hydroxychloroquine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline to Day 3 in nasopharyngeal SARS-CoV-2 viral load and Number of participants by PCR result status (positive or negative) at Day 3.
