Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of [1-13C]pyruvate in prostate cancer (PCa) (2 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Pyruvate to lactate (kPL) metabolic flux within target lesion at 1 day, Pyruvate to glutamate (kPG) metabolic flux within target lesion at 1 day and 2 more. Started Jul 2020; status: suspended.
