Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of mefloquine in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (4 arms), sponsored by Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center. Primary endpoints: Period of clinical recovery up to 10 days and Number of patients with development of respiratory failure requiring transfer to the ICU at 3 months.
