Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of azithromycin in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (3 arms), sponsored by Genentech. Primary endpoints: Change in 129Xenon (129Xe) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Ventilation Defect Percentage (VDP) at Week 24 and Rate of Moderate to Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Exacerbations at Week 48.
