Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of travoprost in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and ocular hypertension (4 arms), sponsored by Ocular Therapeutix. Primary endpoints: Ocular Treatment Emergent Adverse Events at 6 months and Efficacy Outcome (Diurnal IOP) at 12 weeks. Started Apr 2018; status: completed.
