Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of ketamine and magnesium sulfate in postoperative pain (4 arms), sponsored by Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo. Primary endpoints: Time between the end of anesthetic administration and bispectral index (BIS) > 60 at 3 hours and Battery of neuropsychological tests to assess postoperative cognitive dysfunction at 3 hours.
