Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of cyclosporine intracanalicular insert in dry eye disease (DED) (5 cohorts), sponsored by Ocular Therapeutix. Primary endpoints: Number of Subjects With At Least One (1) Treatment Emergent Adverse Event at 156 days and Schirmer Test Score, Change from Baseline at 12 weeks.
