Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of hydroxychloroquine in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (4 arms), sponsored by Istituto Romagnolo per lo Studio dei Tumori "Dino Amadori". Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects of Group 1 who become symptomatic and/or swab positive at 1 month and Proportion of subjects of Group 2 who become swab negative at 14 days. Started May 2020; status: terminated.
