Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) comparing Baricitinib + HCQ with Placebo + HCQ (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants requiring invasive mechanical ventilation or dying or requiring anti-IL6 monoclonal antibodies at 60 days. Started May 2020; status: terminated.
