Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of tebipenem in complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI) and acute pyelonephritis (2 arms), sponsored by Spero Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Changes in the number of microorganisms in the intestinal flora at Day 180 and Changes in the types of microorganisms in the intestinal flora at Day 180.
